The best morning smoothie


This is my favourite morning smoothie that wakes me up with natural energy for the day ahead.



  • 1 cup of 30 g spinach

  • 1 cup/ 150g strawberries, berries

  • 1 tsp turmeric

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • Small handful of mint

  • 1 tsbp of collagen (optional)


Optional additions 

  • 1 tbsp Goji Berries. (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Flaxseed. (optional)

  • 1 tbsp Acai Powder.(optional)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)



Place all of the ingredients (plus your chosen option additions) with 1 cup of water into a blender.

Blend until smooth. Pour into glass and enjoy!
