As some of you already know, I started my a spiritual awakening journey through my recovery from anorexia 10 years ago. I was working as a fashion designer, living in New York, living the dream I had since she was 4. But I felt disconnected (Mind- body-Soul). On this episode, I share my aha! moment, and some self-love practice that transformed my reality and thought me that my eating disorder was a teacher and door to freedom.
