Por qué meditar?

Muchas veces escuchamos que alguien medita pero pocas veces se describe que pasa cuando meditamos...

Qué cambia? Cómo se siente? Qué hago si me pica la nariz o pienso en otras cosas ?  Por qué me hace sentir bien?

Todo esto y más en este breve  video con Padma Yoga.

Esta meditación tiene la intención de conectarnos con nosotros mismos y liberar todo aquello que cumplió un ciclo con nosotros. Om: Simboliza la palabra, el cuerpo y la mente.. 
tare: representa la liberación de los sufrimientos.
tuttare: representa el escape de los miedos.
ture: libera el pensamiento de apegos y da la bienvenida  a la felicidad y paz.
Soha: para que las bendiciones trasciendan en el tiempo, para que se queden en el corazón y la mente.

Meditation is a practice where we take our minds  from activity into silence. It is a technique that allows you to settle into quieter and quieter levels of awareness until you experience the pure silence within.

I'm sure we all have that friend that practice meditation or yoga. However, we rarely listen, ask or know what is  their motivation to do it.

What is so special about it? How does it feel? Is it ok to scratch my nose while I'm in it? What happens if I have other things in my mind? 

*The video is in spanish but I promise to have the english version very soon!!!!!! In the meantime, I can tell you that meditation at least for me is soul healing... Is a time and space for myself.  Is like a date with yourself. 


Well when we give attention and presence to what is not comfortable or what it feels good we start to connect with our own vibration... your truth and guess what! After a while your highest self will show up. The real YOU... the one that just is. 

There is a phrase I looooove that says: When we pray we ask for answers, when we meditate we get them. After practicing for a bit you will feel more relax, focused, happier... You will find that you will get very good sleep, that th traffic jam maybe is not as bad and that your stress/ anxiety will decrease. After a while you will feel like  your very 1st date with someone you really like:  TIME will fly...
